Ever since its launch in 2017, hearDigits has been a fundamental digital tool for hearing healthcare providers to increase their referral rates. This month, the hearX Group is launching hearDigits 2.0 with improved customisation features, maximising our clients’ online opportunities to get more feet to their practice.

hearDigits is a clinically valid hearing screening widget for a website. End-users can take a free 2-minute hearing test from a website and submit their details for secure referrals to the hearing healthcare provider.

Originally, hearDigits only allowed for basic customisation features, but hearDigits 2.0 allows our clients to customise their widget to perfectly match their brand and the look and feel of their website. Customisation features are now more extensive and offer a choice between different themes, colours, text and logo visibility applicable to the entire widget.

In addition to the new available customisation features, we’ve launched a world-first teleaudiology function. After each completed hearDigits screening, it allows hearing healthcare providers to connect directly with end-users via video or voice calling. Our customers can convert more with face-to-face online engagement, and consequently higher direct referrals to our clients’ practices.
